Easy Cookies from a Cake Mix- Ingredients and Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 package chocolate cake mix (about 18 ounces)
1/2 cup cooking oil
Place dry cake mix into large bowl.
Mix together eggs and cooking oil and add to dry cake mix.
Mix together wet and dry ingredients- it will tend to be a bit dry so make sure to incorporate all ingredients as much as possible.
(I use both a whisk and my hands)
Use a tablespoon to measure out dough and roll into balls. Do not press down dough down- the balls will settle as they bake.
Place on parchment paper or greased cookie sheet and bake for 4-8 minutes depending on your oven and desired doneness.
I personally like mine soft and chewy in the center and a bit crisp on the outside.
