The battle wages fierce and I run to my bible to find encouragement for my soul. I pour over it’s contents and that God breathed scripture speaks to my spirit bringing relief. I run to get my colored pens, pencils, washi and stickers to record His voice revealed to me via His word. My micro bible journaling will document my spiritual victory through the Lord by writing in the margins of my Bible.

Small Scale Bible Journaling
It only takes a few minutes… and it’s not a big art project. It’s a small token of worship that will help me to remember this wonderful moment between my Lord and I.
Remember when Jacob wrestled with an angel in Penuel who turned out to be the Lord? After serving his father-in-law in exchange for his wives, Jacob faced his brother, Esau, who wanted to kill him. He was in a desperate place wrestling with the Lord himself. After gaining God’s favor, the Lord gave him the new name of Israel.
What did he do after that glorious event? Jacob stacked rocks to commemorate his ‘God moment’. I don’t have any rocks handy, but I can commemorate with my pens, stickers, washi and bible. These wonderful God inspirations in my Bible will tell the story and be a testimony to what God has done.
