Ingredients

  • 1 package of Chocolate Cake Mix (about 18 ounces)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup cooking oil

  • Add a bonus ingredient of 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips, 1/4 cup nuts, 1/4-1/2 cup uncooked oats, or 1/4 cup rice krispies

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Place dry cake mix into a large bowl
  • Mix and whisk together eggs and cooking oil and add to dry cake mix
  • Use a tablespoon to measure out dough and roll it into balls
  • Place on parchment paper or greased cookie sheet
  • Bake for 4-8 minutes depending on your oven and desired doneness

Take special care that you don’t add too many extras or the recipe will be too dry.  I like to keep the bonus ingredients at about 1/2 cup total so mix and match to experiment with your taste buds!
