The prayers could be words, groaning, sobs, or tears- but they are from the very innermost depths of our heart and soul and poured out to the One who made us.

- you prayed
- you poured your heart out to God
- you lifted up a person and gave them over to the Lord
- you gave a certain situation to the Lord because only He could take care of it
- you gave up your own selfish will to God, trusting that He knows best for your life and all involved
