Bookmark Bible Journaling Ideas
Did I mention that washi tape is one of my favorite things to create with? It’s true! It’s colorful, comes in pretty colors and simply put… washi makes me smile! And there are so many washi tape decorative ideas…I use it in my bible journaling, micro bible journaling, my bullet journaling and mixed media collages. There are so many bookmark bible journaling ideas that I want to explore and try! I’ve also used it in place of regular tape in a pinch.
Supplies and Directions for your bookmark
Cut your envelope in half lengthwise. Measure the width of each envelope and then cut the corners into squares. Mine came out to be about 2 inches square. Cut your square in half again, making sure to keep the pocket end of your envelope in tact where your page will be inserted. Cut off a few pieces of your washi and apply them onto long edge of your envelope as straightly as possible. Trust me when I say not to start from the point. Just trust me. If you’re anything like me, try not to hold a camera and tape at the same time, as you can see by my miserable example in this image below. Trim off excess washi that are overhanging on your envelope. .
Your corner bookmarks should fit snugly around the edge of your page and hopefully brighten your day and help make you smile!
